Every day the volume of Gmail account data is growing constantly. Most users are comfortable with Gmail for email communications because it is easy to use, free and it is integrated with Google services. But over the course of time the mailbox can get cluttered with a lot of unnecessary data like special discount offers, advertisement emails, social media requests, etc. It will be difficult to handle and sort your important data in Gmail. There may be even chances of losing data due to accidental deletion of emails, hacking activities, user errors, outages of Google services, and many more.
